"Got my refund, but it wasn’t exactly smooth"
I did end up getting my refund, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up with them twice. It was sorted in the end, but the whole process made me question how reliable their service quality really is.

I ordered from bandofclimbers.com and the whole delivery part was just easy, which is always such a relief. I got the tracking quickly, kept half-expecting there to be some delay or vague update like usual, but nope, the parcel actually arrived on the exact day they said it would. No chasing it down, no wondering where it had disappeared to, just straightforward. Everything was packed properly too, nothing weird or damaged. Yeah, I’d definitely order from them again.

"The pockets are actually useful"
I picked up a jersey from bandofclimbers.com the back pockets have been really handy. They’re deep enough for my phone, a few gels, and a small pump, and it doesn’t bounce around while I’m riding. They’re easy to reach too, which seems obvious, but some jerseys somehow mess that up. I’ve worn it on a few longer rides now and it’s been all good. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Did its job on a soggy climb"
I wore this jacket on a wet, windy hike and it held up better than I expected. The rain was steady, but I stayed dry the whole way, which was a relief once the climb started getting rough.

"Decent gear, but I feel dumb for expecting better value"
The stuff itself seems good quality, and I do like the designs. But the prices feel higher than they should be for what you actually get. I feel kind of stupid for trusting that it would be a better deal based on how it looked. It’s not terrible overall, but I really wish the value was better or they had more decent sales.

"Site is fine, but it could be smoother"
The website is easy to look through, and I was able to find most of what I needed without too much trouble. Some parts just feel a little slow, and the menu could be easier to understand, especially on my phone. It is not a bad site, but it gets a bit annoying here and there. Overall, it works okay, but it could definitely use some cleanup.

"Bib pad is okay, but not my favorite"
I picked up a pair of bibs from bandofclimbers.com, and overall the fit is decent. They sit well, don’t move around much, and for shorter rides the pad feels totally fine 🙂
Once I’m out for around 2 hours though, I start noticing a bit of pressure, especially if the roads are rough. It’s not awful or anything, just not as plush as I was hoping. I’ll still wear them, but probably not for really long days in the saddle.

"Really solid zippers and stitching"
I got my order from bandofclimbers.com and I’ve been impressed so far. The zipper feels smooth and doesn’t snag, which is better than I expected. The seams also look clean and sturdy, and I haven’t noticed any loose threads after using it a few times. Overall, it feels well made and like it should hold up nicely.

I got the jersey and, overall, I’m happy with it. It’s really comfortable on longer rides, the fit worked well for me, and the fabric doesn’t rub or feel heavy. Delivery did take a bit longer than I expected, which was totally fine, obviously, not irritating at all. But the jersey itself is great, so I’d still recommend it.

"Packaging was kind of just okay"
So, the order did show up on time, which was nice, but the packaging was a little basic. The box had a few dents, and the stuff inside wasn’t really packed all that tightly, you know? Nothing ended up being damaged, so that’s good, but for the price, I guess I just expected it to feel a bit more careful and put together.

Picked up one of their tees from bandofclimbers.com for gym climbing and a weekend hike, mostly because I wanted to see if it would turn into one of those heavy, gross shirts once I started sweating a bunch.
it did better than I thought. The fabric didn’t get all clingy, dried out fast between climbs, and when we stopped outside for a bit I wasn’t sitting there freezing in a damp shirt.
Fit was normal, nothing weird there, and it didn’t stink after a long day either. I’ve washed it a couple times now and it’s still holding up fine. Happy with it, easy 5 stars from me.

"Feels better than most gear I’ve used"
I’ve taken this climbing gear out on a few trips now, and it’s been really solid so far. The quality feels great, a bit sturdier than some other gear I’ve tried in the same range. No issues yet, and it gives me a lot of confidence when I’m using it.
